How many sales are walking out your door?

Tell me how many people came into your store and how many sales you made. I'll show you how many people left without buying, how much money that is, and one thing to do this week.

Everything is calculated in your browser. No data is saved or sent anywhere.

Before the numbers

Out of every 10 people who walk into your store, how many do you think buy something?

Tap your answer. At the end, I'll compare it with your numbers.

Where do I find this number?

If you don't have a door counter, count them yourself with your phone: tap every time someone walks in. Count everyone, even if they're just browsing.

Where do I find this number?

It's the number of sales, not the money. Your register or card terminal shows it as “transactions” or “sales.” If you also take cash sales that don't go through the terminal, add them in.

optional, in your currency

How do I calculate it?

Divide what you sold by the number of sales. Example: $288,000 ÷ 36 sales = $8,000. If you don't know the exact figure, enter a rough amount.

Measured it before? Compare with another day or week

Enter the numbers for a comparable day (for example, the previous Saturday). I'll tell you whether sales were lost because fewer people came in, because a smaller share bought, or because each customer spent less.

Once you have your number

Compare your days and see which one lets the most sales go.

Your days, side by side

A Saturday against a Tuesday, morning against afternoon. Same length of time for all of them.

What if we look at it together hour by hour?

The calculator gives you the number for the day. In a diagnostic session, I look at your sales hour by hour to see when people slip away and why.
