Do you work with my industry?
With small and mid-sized companies and startups that grew faster than their spreadsheets. We've worked with retail chains with dozens of stores and people-counting cameras, health and therapy centers with large teams, schools and course platforms, wineries and production companies, and beauty and service businesses.
Whether everything lives in spreadsheets and chats or you already have a sales system, an ERP and a data warehouse, the starting point is the same: scattered data that doesn't answer business questions.
What tools do you use?
The ones your business already uses, plus whatever it takes to make it work:
- Data sources: Excel and Google Sheets, SQL databases (SQL Server, Azure, PostgreSQL), data warehouses, exports and APIs from your sales, ERP or invoicing system, Mercado Pago payments and camera counts.
- Dashboards: custom web dashboards connected to your systems via API, with every metric defined once and always calculated the same way. If your company already uses Power BI, we work with it too.
- Systems: custom web apps with login and role-based permissions on Cloudflare, Supabase, Netlify or Vercel; and Google Apps Script when operations live in Google Workspace.
- Automation: email (Gmail, Resend, Brevo), WhatsApp and Telegram, calendars, PDF generation and scheduled jobs.
- AI: Claude, Gemini and OpenAI for assistants that answer with your data, document reading, classification and analysis; computer vision (YOLO) for people counting and detection.
We choose what your team can maintain over time.
How do you make sure the numbers are right if you build with AI?
Data first, then AI. AI speeds up the work; we check the numbers by hand. Every figure on a dashboard is compared against the raw source data, and every system ships with automated tests that check calculations match the records, including edge cases: days with no data, duplicate loads, amounts with and without tax.
If a number can't be answered with your data, the dashboard says so instead of making it up.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted. The final price depends on how many sources need connecting, how much cleanup is needed, how many modules and users the system has, and whether it includes monthly support.
After the assessment we send you a written proposal with the scope, the stages and the price of each.
What do I need to get started?
Three things. Your data can be messy: cleaning it up is part of the job.
- An assessment call about the decisions you make every week and what you're missing to make them well.
- Read access to wherever your data lives today: spreadsheets, sales system, invoicing, exports or whatever there is.
- Someone on your team who knows the operation and can answer questions during the project.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A data quality review is the fastest; a dashboard takes a bit longer; a full management system takes the longest.
We deliver in stages: the first working piece goes into use early and the rest is added step by step, so the project is validated with real use from the start.
What about confidentiality and personal data?
We use read-only access whenever possible, role-based permissions, and personal data protected under applicable data protection law. What we see is used only for your project, and we sign an NDA before seeing any data.
Who owns what gets built?
You do. The code, logic, documentation and accounts are in your company's name from day one. If tomorrow you want to change a metric or add a module with someone else, you can.
And after delivery?
Every delivery includes video tutorials and guides so your team can use it from day one. After that you can keep monthly support: adjustments, new dashboard questions, new modules and sessions to read the data with your team.
